Q: When is it?
A: It will be held on the 18 June 2011 – 22 June 2011 (Sat-Wed).
Q:What time does it start?
A: Details will be posted online soon. Please check this blog and your e-mail from time to time to get updates about reporting time/venue for camp, and list of items to bring.
Q: When does registration close?
A: Registration will close on 1st June 2011 or earlier if we run out of vacancies. Please note that registration is on a first come first serve basis, so hurry sign up now before we reach our limit! The site will be updated after each day of registration to keep you guys updated on the availability of slots!
Q:I have submitted my registration form. Can I pay on the actual day?
A: No. We would appreciate it if you could give us payment at the same time as the registration form so that we will be able to confirm a space for you in Arts Camp itself.
Q: I have submitted my registration form. Can I pay on a later date?
A: Yes you may. However, please note that registration is on a first come first serve basis. Only upon payment will we confirm your place in Arts Camp. Until then, should there be others who are able to register and pay at the same time, it is up to our discretion whether or not we decide to give up your reserved vacancy. Thank you for understanding.
Q: I’m not free of the 4 days of registration. Can I make payment through internet banking or ATM transfer?
A: No. We apologise for the inconvenience but we only accept cash payment. You may however, call up a friend to register for you at our registration booths. Please ensure that they bring all necessary documents!
Q: Can you put me in a specific house/OG?
A: We’ll try our best to arrange them in the same house but due to administrative and logistical reasons, we may not be able to accommodate your requests. On the bright side, you will be able to make many more new friends if you’re not in the same OG!
Q: Can my friends of other schools/faculties join Arts Camp?
A: We welcome matriculating students from other faculties and schools to join Arts Camp. However, we must stress that priority will go to those matriculating in FASS. We will inform you if there is a vacancy for your participation so that you may proceed with the payment of the camp fee.
Q: Can I go off somewhere on one of the days?
A: Yes, please inform your Orientation Group Leader (OGL) during the camp. Do take note that the registration fee of the camp does not change regardless of whether you attend one day or all 5 days.
